Abstract
Graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), a complication related to allogeneic stem cell transplant, may be prevented by post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PTCy). There is a gap in understanding how patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) receiving different subtypes of allogeneic stem cell transplants respond to PTCy.
The purpose was to determine if subtypes of allogeneic stem cell transplants differ in GVHD, engraftment, and relapse for patients with AML, treated with PTCy.
