Abstract
The recently-released generative artificial intelligence integration in Ex Libris Primo VE uses a different model than users may be used to. In this session, we will explore techniques to tailor results in the Primo AI assistant, with its limitations and opportunities, and how to supplement it with broader LLMs like ChatGPT, CoPilot, Gemini, and Claude.
