Abstract

This presentation is based on a policy memo evaluating the economic and policy implications of introducing wine sales in New York State grocery stores based on Assembly Bill A1328A. It finds that such reform would reduce barriers to entry, increase tax revenue, enhance consumer convenience and access, and promote a more efficient and competitive market.
