Abstract
With the rise of concerns surrounding Immigration, the current administration has tasked the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) with enforcing immigration law more directly, and lowering immigration in the United States. But with this decision has come a rise in concerns around ICE’s conduct. Thus, the goal of this presentation is to discuss whether ICE is effectively reducing immigration, along with discussing the externalities of this method of law enforcement.
