Abstract
The purpose of our project is to spread awareness of the multitude of issues surrounding the aging population as well as the mental health of the young caregivers that are often forced to prioritize their aging relatives health over their own. In our project, we examine different factors that contribute to the burden that these caregivers face as well as different resources and interventions that help to diminish the burden. We have collected a variety of resources that provide assistance to those caring for the aging and discuss potential solutions for reducing the issue.
