Abstract
This project examines the nutritional variety and dietary inclusiveness of Fishers food services like the Ward-Haffey Dining Hall, Cyber Cafe, and Pioch Cafe. Using one week of menus from each location, it analyzes how well the Universities food services meet the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) guidelines and recommendations for balanced and varied meals. Although the school provides many food options for vegetarian and vegan students, the selection of gluten free options are more limited. This project also suggests some ideas of ways to further improve Avoiding Gluten (AG) food options at these food services.
