Abstract
The objectives for this keynote address were:
- Explore what it means to define yourself as a brand and its potential as a reflection of your authenticity as a leader.
- Differentiate your public self from your private self, what you project and what people see, and reflect upon how this may add up to your brand.
- Provide authentic leadership tips, given in an education change context, that contribute to a positive personal brand
