Abstract
Do you ever wonder why your best manager inspired you while your worst manager drove you away? The quality of their leadership made the difference. Effective leaders have a positive impact on organizations because their employees stay longer, come to work energized, remain focused on goals, have less conflict, and provide better customer service. Additionally, people working with an effective leader tend to have better work-life balance, experience less stress, and feel better about themselves and their work.
