Abstract

Page 11, Figure 9 was presented incorrectly. The authors are regretful that an unintentional error in compiling Fig. 9a caused certain images for separate groups to be duplicated in the published version of this paper. The correct images for these groups (SMD 1μM, SMD 10μM, SMF 1μM, VEGF+SMF 1μM and VEGF+SMF 10μM) are included in the updated Fig. 9a. The results and the conclusions of this article remain unchanged in light of these corrections. The authors sincerely regret the difficulty or misunderstanding this inaccuracy may have brought about.
