Abstract
The Silent Generation, Baby Boomers, Generation X and Millennials. These are the current generations in the nurse workforce. Chapter leaders are charged with maintaining chapter sustainability and this includes engaging chapter members across the generations. How does a chapter leader meet the needs of all four? Baseline information on the characteristics of each generation is presented which may be applied to focus the fire for chapter involvement. This session presents successful methods for engaging chapter members across these varied populations. As an interactive session, attendees share successful methods and the challenges faced.
