Abstract
Taking into account my beliefs and views, this personal one-sheet delves into issues of environmental ethics regarding the use of artificial intelligence. As a new technology, we are faced with issues of water and energy waste as we rely more on AI technology in our everyday lives. With each search roughly using 1/15th of a tablespoon of water, and billions of prompts entered every day, we must stop and consider how our individual habits impact the world on a larger scale. This project will give insights into the facts, beliefs, and standpoints regarding AI use and challenges to current ideas regarding the technology.
