Abstract
This project examines the growing role of artificial intelligence in business operations, focusing on how it is used in hiring, marketing, data analysis, and organizational decision-making. It explores the ethical implications of AI, including consumer influence through personalization and targeted content, algorithmic bias in hiring systems, data privacy concerns related to large-scale information collection, and the impact of AI on workplace roles and human judgment. The presentation highlights both the benefits of AI in improving efficiency, productivity, and decision-making, as well as the ethical risks that arise when these systems are not properly regulated. It ultimately emphasizes the need for responsible use of AI in business through transparency, oversight, and ethical governance.
