Abstract

Using Information from a variety of peer-reviewed articles that looked at children’s sleep habits and sleep education programs, I created a playbook for children that will be a fun way to learn about sleep and proper sleep habits. This book opens up to become a paper dollhouse that children may decorate and interact with. While they do this, they get to learn about the best habits for healthy sleep hygiene.
