Abstract

Artificial intelligence is transforming the job market by automating repetitive tasks, enhancing productivity, and creating new career opportunities. While AI can increase efficiency in industries such as manufacturing, customer service, and data analysis, it also raises concerns about job displacement, particularly for roles that involve routine tasks. However, AI is also driving demand for new skills, leading to the creation of jobs in AI development, data science, and human-AI collaboration.
