Abstract
This project was a course assignment for the class: Health Care Delivery Systems, Policy, and Law. The primary audience for this presentation are government officials in charge of turning a bill in a law in New York State. Along with this, CRNAs, SRNAs, and Physician Anesthesiologists in New York State would benefit from engaging with this presentation as well. The purpose of this presentation is supporting the bill S357A and explaining why CRNAs need a defined scope of practice in NYS, and why they should be able to practice to the full extent of their education.
