Abstract

Poster/Presentation, my project explores the disparities regarding high school graduation rates throughout the United States. This project explores gender/race, geography and socioeconomic status as the disparities regarding graduation rates. This project also analyzes local high school districts graduation rates and certain statistics that correlate with this variable (attendance rate, spending per student). Lastly, this project explores a possible solutions to this issues in the form of increasing school funding, specifically for teachers.
