Abstract

My presentation is a contract for my Staffing Human Resource Course. It regards a business called General Appliance and discusses a company facing the problem of technological advances while maintaining an aging workforce. Employee retention, HR planning, legal compliance, internal and external recruitment, employee benefits, organization culture, and measurement testing are among the topics discussed in this presentation. This presentation will be conducted in class on April 8th and allow my peers to grasp a real-world business issue and how it should be handled, while connecting to class HR topics. The primary audience is my class peers and professor.
