NextGens Reflect on Fall Program Takeaways

Abstract

The NSRA NextGen program had a productive Fall 2022 session in conjunction with the annual NSRA Leadership Conference. I interviewed a few participants to learn about their program takeaways and goal setting, and summarized it in this article. While the content is focused on multigenerational family firms, many of the reflections are relevant to planning goals and action items for all aspiring young leaders and to those that mentor them.
