Abstract
This paper argues that the recent trend of outsourcing high technology service jobs to low wage countries will continue, but can be mutually beneficial for everyone involved if certain measures are instituted. Without these changes, the economic difficulties of high-tech workers in America will continue and will lead to the U.S. losing its advantage in technology based fields.
