Abstract
This study examines the relationship between alcohol consumption, physical and mental health, and the success of collegiate athletic teams during the 2023-2024 season. Focusing exclusively on current seniors, the research utilizes survey data to assess drinking habits, exercise frequency, practice schedules, dietary habits, mental health perceptions, and academic performance (GPA). Through regression analysis, the study aims to determine the extent to which these factors influence a team’s overall success, providing insights into the role of health and lifestyle choices in athletic performance.
