Abstract

This podcast discusses the work of Sojourner Truth and Mary Ann Shadd Cary, two prominent figures in the Women’s Suffrage Movement. There is a refined focus on the public relations strategies that the women used for their work at a time when women of color were not given the opportunity to be successful.
