Abstract
The Jewish Home of Rochester sought the help of Fulcrum Consulting to develop leadership skill s in management. Donald Kirkpatrick is generally credited with developing one key conceptual model for training evaluation. The first three of Kirkpatrick's four level evaluation model was used as the basis of the design for evaluating the organizational impact of the leadership program implemented at the Jewish Home of Rochester. The participants of this study were chosen at random by the Vice President of Human Resources. Based on the results of the focus groups and questionnaires, leadership has improved at the Jewish Home of Rochester.
