"Diversity is a key element in almost every aspect of our lives. It‟s one element that transcends many levels from religion to our daily workplace. We, living in a beautifully diverse country such as the United States of America, often take diversity for granted. America‟s inception was based on the underlying idea of “all are welcomed.”
